Reset de fabrica y Netflix y disney no funcioan

Reseteo mi google streaming 4k como sugiere google para poder configurar el mando y poder controlador el volumen de la tv que antes iba y dejor de funcionar. Pues ahora, ademas de lo del volumen, no funciona ni netflix ni disney. He cerrado todas las sesiones en todos los dispositivos y nada. Sacar alguna actualización en condiciones o lo vendo y me paso a la competencia
