All'improvviso il telecomando non funzionza. Per iniziare parto da Home, ma non fa nulla. Ho provato a cambiare le pile, ma non cambia niente. Cosa posso fare?

Thank you so much for posting in this community. I’m sorry to know that your Voice Remote is no longer working, even after replacing the batteries. I appreciate that you have taken action by performing this troubleshooting step. No worries; I’m here to help.

To determine the optimal resolution, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Chromecast do you have? To identify it, refer to this article: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications.
  • How long was the remote functional before it stopped working?
  • Can you describe what was happening to the streaming device and remote 5 minutes prior to the remote not working?
  • Are there any error messages from the streaming device when this issue occurred? If so, can you please take a picture of the error message?
  • What type of batteries did you use?
