Very low volume and continuous noise on Chromecast audio after googles patch

Hey I updated my Chromecast audio according to the instructions provided by Google after the general brick.

After reset my Chromecast is playing music with very low volume and a continuous noise like a fan all the time, for all apps, Spotify, YouTube music, etc.

I tried with different Android phones and the result it the same. I also perform a new reset factory but the sound and the noise continue.

Can someone make me some recommendations?
