Help with my chromecast

I just got a new router and I’m unable to connect to Chromecast? Called router company and they were unable to help me. I’m not tech savvy. They told me I need to redo my chromecast? Not sure what they mean? Please help if you can?

Instructions for resetting Chromecast in Home

The help instructions say to hold down the chromecast tile in Home to get to the a page with a settings gear in the upper right. All I get is a "Showing Ambient" page and 3 dots in the corner for "ambient settings" which takes you to a blank page.

Chromecast not recognized by google home

Changed router and trying to get chromecast back up and running on home wifi. Google home cant find chromecast. I’ve unplugged then did a factory reset. Google home still can’t find chromecast 3rd generation. Now what to do?

Netflix won't play 4k

Issue with video after update to android 12

@MrVaccaWhen using the remote to turn volume up and down whilst watching YouTube and prime video live sports it causes stuttering.
