Bullied into new subscription

Google Nest have finally bullied me onto their new Nest aware subscription and I’m wondering how many others had the same problem? After months of spamming me with emails and calls to switch to the new ‘simple’ plans they finally just cut off my subs...

Nest Aware

If I reach the 60 days of my event history video will the previous video get deleted and then the 60 days are reset, or I will not get any event history video up until that point?

Video playback not working

My video history playback on my Nest camera has stopped working. I'm not sure if it's because my free trial has expired - I cannot find a way to upgrade my subscription. Can anyone help? Thanks
