Resolved! google home can't answer anything

whatever I ask google, home answers IM SORRY I CAN'T HELP WITH IT ANYMORE !! if I ask ingredients for a recipe or what a coffee latte contains, it can't answer that anymore.

I don't why but Google keep ignoring our problems with the Google nest hub gen 2 instead of fixing the problem with update the just tell u to do factory reset and basic troubleshooting the firmware is the problem just fix it already please
