Google Nest low humidity turn on smart-plug-connected humidier

I would like to have a drop in humidity on the Google Nest thermostat trigger one or two smart plugs connected to humidifiers. Does this functionality exist?

Nest Problems

Having e103 errors and condenser will not come on. Fan will run for short periods of time but nothing else. Restarted nest and same problem. Is the nest broken?
