Nest thremostat wiring confusion

On my old thermostat the wires in order are rh is jumper wired to tv, red wire is connected rcwhite wire connected to Y1green wire to Gblue wire to Oi went through the install setup and it says to plug the blue wire to *OB my ac isn’t working now.

Resolved! Very Low Battery

I’ve replaced the batteries numerous times but still getting this error. Also, shouldn’t I be getting power without batteries with the C wire connected? Sure would appreciate some help. Thanks.
