I've posted before about this,and have received messages, asking for serial number, name, etc.,.but nothing progresses. I've lost the magnet mount for my NEst Outdoor Cam. how can I get another? They are not for sale online...It is a couple years old...

Like many others, we lost our magnet for the google nest outdoor camera mount..no where to buy a replacement....what shall we do? connecting with customer service has been unsuccesful

Still no help from google.I own multiple cameras, thermostat, wi-fi mesh, doorbell...but can't get a **bleep** replacement magnet.... 

There has been no response... I replied and asked for update, but nothing.I really wish I had not purchased so many google products, cameras, doorbell, wi-fi mesh, thermostat... in the future, as I need to replace, I will seek other brands.

I have tried, but this product, provides a screw mount, which uses the existing GOOGLE NEST magnet, which I do not have.

Same problem... Another user reported that Google said they can only provide if under warranty...will not sell you one...
