Floodlights won’t turn off

I’ve seen similar posts but still can’t seem to solve this..my Nest Cam Outdoor Flooights won’t turn off even though there is no apparent motion. I’ve turned off the option that turns on the floodlight when viewing from the App.Any suggestions?
