ISP says 200 down and up, so pretty close. I use nest as a router and on my iPad the home app says 198 down and 185 up

When I saw your post, I tried again and now speed is good, 198 down and almost as fast up.

Jeff, I got the new software, but still no speed increase. Any suggestions? It was my ISP who said the router was the problem. Blowing smoke? Bob

Still slow WiFi and still not updated. How long does it take to update?

Mine says Software version: 13729.57.27 And it has slowed again.
