Hi Drago, I have engaged a plumber to install a new boiler. Our current boiler is approx 17 years old. If had been working with the Nest up until a few weeks ago so I would imagine the wiring would be fine. Many thanks

Central heating:I hear clicks when I switch on and off via Nest App. Nothing happens to boiler. Hot water:Works fine - no issues.

Hi, checked your instructions again about the 'click'. Yes, when I turn on the central heating I DO hear a click from the Heatlink but nothing happens to the boiler. PS Thank you so much for your help on this

Hi, Thank you so much for the comments. All 3 buttons light up green on the Heat Link.No, to a click for central heating.Yes, to a click for Hot Water - boiler then fires up.
