Unfortunately mine wouldn't work on either platform, I ended up having to do a complete factory reset and that solved the issue.

During the initial install I went through the nest app which auto populated into the Google home app. I have tried entering it as a new device in the home app as well and the app isn't finding the cam at all. It continues to search and eventually say...

Yes, I have tried on 3 mobile devices as well as plugging it directly into my computer. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself and unfortunately nothing works.

Hi Bryan, I've done a reset using the button on the back of the unit several times with no success. I have the Indoor/outdoor wire free security cam. I believe the issue is not being able to assign it to the nest app, that's where I'm having trouble....
