H71 code and no lights on heat link.

Himy heat link has stopped working. stat displays h71 code.heat link has no light displayed, and has 240v at the supply end.please help?

Spoke to nest team on the phone and they are sending out a engineer to replace and install a new heat link.even though it’s out of warranty .Couldn’t ask for more.
