Nest cam battery not charging

Just bought a nest cam (battery) arrived last night. I cannot get it to charge. No white light. In app an infinity symbol is showing. (Have tried different outlets / checked that it is plugged in correctly)Would really appreciate some advise

Apologies, I thought I replied and can’t see the response in the chain. No blue light (green light when camera is on is the only light)
