Problem with doorbell in house

I installed the Nest Hello per the instruction and I can't get the doorbell to ring in the house. It works except it doesn't ring the doorbell in the house.

I did that but my inside doorbell still doesn’t work. My house was built in 1975. Could my doorbell be to old to be used with my camera?
