Google Nest Audio plays YouTube music but Spotify set as default

I have Spotify set as my default music source via Google Home yet when I ask my Google Nest Audio speaker to 'Play Music' it always plays YouTube Music. This only started happening a week or so ago.

My Google Nest Mini and Google Nest Audio speakers have the same issue so it's not a device issue.
