3 wires, labeled 1, 2, & 3

New home and first time heat pump owner. What am I missing here. 3 wires in old thermostat. Labeled 1, 2 & 3. The thermostat is telling me it has no power. All power sources have been checked and rechecked, all is fine on that front.    Any thoughts?
