@ralphhalvorsen there is a Help Center button at the bottom of this page
and you can have them call you for help. They helped me because I wasn’t
able to fix it on my own. It turns out mine is legit broken so they’re
sending me a new one!
@Towanda after I responded to your message I saw a “? Help Center” icon
at the bottom of this screen. Through that, I was able to ask for Google
Support to call me and they are sending me a replacement! Yeah, Google!
