Nest Cam Battery won’t finish setting up

I have reset both my wifi and factory reset the nest cam battery as well as attempted 5 times to set up the nest cam. It keeps telling me that something went wrong and I need to factory reset. I have done that! 5 Times! And it still won’t finish inst...
