I'm not getting started * but having issues reconnecting an outdoor cam via GH app after removing it from my GH bc it was glitching with a full battery. Takes forever to go through Adding process (10 minutes) then indicates uh oh something went wrong...

We have 4 Nest Cameras on different floors...a couple are recording events, and the other two are not. Really new to Nest...why are two of the cameras not recording events (history) and how to I change settings for history record?? Thanks much.
The Nest Indoor/Outdoor cameras have been charged like a champ since we received them, however, the battery life is short. Any suggestions aside from not saving video recordings? Thank you.....
