My replacement link has expired

My Nest thermostat (less than four months old) died. I was sent a link for a replacement but this has expired. Can't get through to customer services. Help please

It's 6-5816000033214. I hadn't realised that I had only 72 hours and was away when the email came in

Rang Google who says that the device is faulty and they will replace it
