In settings I enabled “cloud services” and now they show as being online. Good luck

Never had a problem with the Google mesh Wi-Fi app but once I migrated to the Home App I have the same issue. Google not too interested based on common issue

Same issue once I moved to the Home app. Everything tests fine but the app on my phone iOS says offline. Stupid
