I am in exactly the same position too and done all chat, sent email and
video but was told to be patient as they need to get the approvals.
Think being in Singapore may be a problem for them to do the return.

i am exactly the same experience. It has been months and they still said
to be patient after others are replaced mostly in US, UK and Australia.
