Thank you, everything is working as it should. Still not sure why it gave the error it did, saying that the Rh wire sometimes has power. But in the end it doesn’t affect use.

We may have solved it ourselves. There's hookups for a wood burning stove on our property and we think the old homeowners had it wired in as a "heat pump". It appears as though when they took down the stove they did not remove the wiring, so it's not...
