Doorbell doesn’t stay on mount

I'm So irritated. My nest doorbell camera won't stay on the mount and it keeps falling off. Now, It won't turn on or charge. I pressed the reset button and still nothing. Any suggestions are welcome 

I just added a 2nd nest doorbell, but it won't ring indoors. Only 1 will ring inside. They're both battery btw

Lost metal plate. Help!

I lost my metal plate for mounting the doorbell and now it's useless. I've searched everywhere and nobody sells it. I believe it's the older one
