Unable to add nest thermostat to Alexa or Google home

HiNo matter what I try, I am unable to add my nest thermostat to either Google home or Alexa.In Alexa the message is no devices foundIn Google I get a login page, but with no option to use my Google account.Please help.

Thanks, the nest is in the nest app already, it won't connect with Google Home or Alexa
