Google Nest Community

Installed the nest thermostat as directed, we have a looped rh and rc wire, we put the red into the r slot, g to g, y to y, ww1 to w and blue to c, only the ac came on and the home app said our nest was incompatible, I guess bc we have a ac heat pump...

We moved and left our nest thermostat, but we still get reports. I am getting a new nest thermostat in my new home and don't know how to get the report from the new one and not the old.
