Trane Heat Pump with Nest Thermostat - Blows cold air more that hot air

Every winter I have this problem. I have a Trane Heat Pump with AUX heat and a NEST Thermostat. When I would like the Trane to be blowing hot air through the vents, it mostly blows cold air with a few minutes of hot air thrown in. It is 38deg outside...
