You should be good to go. Just run the wire currently on your RH terminal to R on the NEST. RH to RC jumper is no longer needed. The "jumper" is internal on the NEST Tstat

Hi Jake, thanks for checking in. The problem seemed to be connected to the firmware? Once firmware updated a few days later, I was able to set to run continuously.

Looks compatible to me? Only difference is there will not be a jumper from R to RC. Just put that wire to R on the new stat. All other wires will go to the same letter terminals they are in now (including your R)

Is one of the R wires a jumper? Hard to tell from the picture. If one is a jumper, just use the main red wire coming up in the main thermostat wire bundle and connect to your R terminal on the new base. No need to use a jumper on Nest stats for Rh an...
