I can’t get the app to recognize my phone correctly but I do have a work around so I don’t need any additional help. Thanks!

If I use Smart Things, presence sensing works. I think I tried Google Home and it didn’t work. So I do have a work around. I guess that’s fine since the Nest app won’t work.

No. I feel like it’s the Nest app itself and not the thermostat. The app wants to use an old phone to connect. No matter how many times I switch it to this phone. It reverts back.
