Hi, My Nest Heat link has stopped working - no lights. There is 240 volts to the heat link. I assume the unit is dead.How do I get this fixed/replaced under warranty?Thanks,John

Hi there is no leds after pressing button for 30 seconds, but there is 240 volts to the heat link.ThanksJohn
