They had me do a factory reset, and then set it up again... I assume
that while it was doing that, it looked for the latest updates...but
don't know...
The hard wired ethernet speed is the biggest issue.. I am only getting
70-100mbps DL speed out of the Wifi Pro router unit... I have 1gbps

During my conversations with their tech people, I did turn off the
"preferred activities", and reset DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
No change in DL speeds. All the ethernet devices are Windows OS
