Same here, the only workaround was to create a new home structure in the
app and switch between homes to control both thermostats, but this is
not the intended use.
Whatever you do, do not reset it... I have had the same problem and I
haven't been able to add it back to my account since... I have been
trying everything for over a week now.
I just spent over an hour chatting with Support and they ended up
referring me to a senior resource, supposedly at least. I should receive
an email in the next 48h.I have tried every possible combination of on
