Just moved into a new home. We don't have the pin for the existing Nest
Thermostat. I'm unable to add the app or gain access to the device. Is
there a way to do a factory reset? Please help!
I reached out to the customer support chat line and they were able to
help me. The key was having a USB and being able to plug the unit into
my computer. They then directed me on how to do a factory reset.
