I had this issue too. The nest mini would disconnect every single day.
So as a last resort, I connected the last nest mini to my guest net
work, which does not have 5Ghz enabled, and that solved it. It has never
disconnected since.
I have tried resetting it and it was fine for a couple of days. And then
started disconnecting again. Both my Alexa dot speakers don’t have this
