Hey There, I've been using Nest at my bars for years. Recently I
purchased a year long subscription for Nest Aware and although I've paid
for it, none of my devices are recording/ storing data. Please advise.
Hey Brad,yes I still need help. Other than restarting my cameras, not
sure what trouble shooting steps there are for me to do. I’ve checked
several times - my subscription appears to be canceled, yet I was
charged the full amount.
