Nest 3 Learning Thermostat

Hi All, I purchased a nest 3 learning thermostat, but I’m not sure how to hook it up because my current thermostat has the black wire and the white wire both in Aux/E. Can’t get the heat to blow warm/hot air. I have a heat pump. Thanks!
