I'm seeing in the original post that you are talking about deleting the
"TV device". If it's the tv it self, is it possible you added it as a
"works with Google"? I have a Phillips tv that can be found in my home
app but it's not a primary Google dev...
Go to the Google Home app, find the device you want to delete, then
press and hold. On the top you will see the settings icon ⚙️, press it
and then below you will see "remove device" press it and your done.
