Hi all,Unable to connect the thermostat to the heatlink and based on
where it was installed I cannot see the 6 digit key. Is there any other
way of getting the heatlink code?
No to all of those. It's been installed far too close to the boiler
based on the tips and other things I've read, but there's nothing that's
directly happened to affect the system.
Hi Alex,After much struggling I've got the lid off and the code.
Unfortunately it's still not pairing. Tried hard reset and directly
placing the units near each other to no avail. Replacement or further
advice needed.
