I'm trying to configure my google nest wifi as a router after changing ISP in NZ (Slingshot to 2Degrees). It worked perfectly fine as a modem with my old ISP, and now that I've changed to 2Degrees, I can't get internet at all. Any suggestions on fixi...

All sorted now. My ISP didn't communicate with me about fixing the connection, so I don't know exactly what they have done. I assume they removed VLAN Tagging for my connection, which enabled the Nest to connect.

Thanks @AbigailF I'm hoping my ISP can manual provision my google router to their network. Hopefully this works!!

Thanks @olavrb . I've spoken with my ISP and they will try a manual line reprovision to my device. Not sure if it's going to work yet, fingers crossed!
