Hi @dsav it not really is, old nest hello in Europe works from 12 till
24 Volts AC and the new doorbell wired gen 2 works from 16 till 24 Volts
AC so unless you are running your old doorbell on just a 12 Volts AC
power supply it will work if you use ...
I had/have same with my nest doorbell wired gen1 (nest hello) I assume
you also have a gen1 and not gen2 as you state it worked for 2 years, at
me suddenly started to show stream is not available on my hubs when
doorbell is pushed, then several weeks...
Ask a other device (nest mini for example) to show your camera feed on
your Nest Hub and you will notice this also will not work .... they not
do anything at Google to solve any issue
