Hi, If you want trouble buy the google nest, ive got virgin media 1GB and two google points tottally waste of money ! stay away from google nest any of them.

hi, yes i had a look around others foruns and yes is the same answer i did managed to call google support they blame my supplier and i did what they asked me for and i still having 5mb from 1gb speed.I already started to look after a new wi fi kit.
