Google Nest Community

i have a sony kd x7500f tv and it used to lower volume when i speak to the nest hub 1st gen. however, it doesn't do that now, even with the option turned on. They are on the same wifi channel and casting media from nest hub to tv is of no issue. anyo...

i have a google nest hub 1st gen. Currently unable to set timers. did a hard reset and still the same. please advise. thank you
