installed the gen 2 wired doorbell. The blue light in on but no white light and doesn't ring.

Just installed the doorbell gen 2. The transformer puts out 18 volts and I verified it with my volt meter. When i turn on the power the blue light on the camera comes on but I do not see a light on the ringer nor does the doorbell ring. To debug, i r...
