Missing cable C

my nest works well two months, but last week it said missing cable C, I only have four cables, blue for Ywhite for Wgreen for Gred for R so, I need another cable for C?

@EdwardT Hello, can you please me? My Nest use two AAA batteries, it should not requires cable C, but it has a sign that says missing cable C.

@Patrick_Caezza please can you help me? I can't pass another cable through the wall, my nest does not turn off de air conditioner.
