In the Nest app I go to settings then Nest Aware, whilst in the Nest Aware page it shows Familiar Face detection but when you tap on it, all it does is tell you what Familiar Face Detection does.Thanks Anyway

Yep same here. It freezes and then after a period of time it rights itself and it’s starting to lose Internet connection intermittently. Something is not right.
