Hi,This was also an issue to some people too, however maybe it is because that it is not specific enough or it is unavailable in your library.Currently I do not have any suggestions for you or answers, however this is my view of seeing your problems.

It may be because of the firmware update issues or due to different models. Maybe try resetting the devices to default or check if the devices are compatible to play together.
