I’m not sure what the issue is but it was pretty obvious to me that Vizio support is less familiar with the Crave than I am. I think that Google and Vizio need to get together and figure out a solution.

I’m closer. I got google home to see the Crave but it fails to connect. I updated my firmware

I did. They weren’t very knowledgeable about the Crave, I assume it’s because they’re an older product.
