Hi All,I had the HVAC guys in the area drop in. Said if you get heat & cold you shouldn't worry about anything else. As such, I think this is one of those "leave it if it works". Appreciate all the help from the community.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I tried your suggestion and to no avail. Back to the drawing board I guess.
